After you sign in
- Open your MailGuard dashboard.
- Install MailGuard from Microsoft Marketplace when it is available for your Outlook account.
- Open any email in Outlook, choose Apps, then choose MailGuard.
- Pin MailGuard in the pane if Outlook offers the pin option. It keeps MailGuard within reach, so you are not hunting through menus when an email feels off.
MailGuard never needs you to grant an IT administrator access to your personal Outlook.com, Hotmail, or Live inbox.
