How it works
From an organization account to a calmer decision in Outlook.
1. Create the organization
Code13 assists with organization setup. That creates the MailGuard organization. It does not assign the Outlook add-in.
2. Invite people, then deploy
An organization administrator invites each person in the MailGuard dashboard. A Microsoft 365 administrator then uploads the Outlook add-in and assigns those people in Integrated apps. The invitation and the assignment are separate.
3. Open MailGuard in Outlook
After Microsoft finishes propagating the assignment, a person opens a message, launches MailGuard, and signs in with their work or school account.
4. Decide with confidence
Review the verdict, follow Security Coach guidance, and report concerns when something looks wrong.
