Four simple steps from setup to safer decisions.
1. Create your organization
Sign up for MailGuard and invite the people who will administer your account.
2. Deploy to Microsoft 365
A Microsoft 365 administrator uploads the Outlook add-in and assigns users. No desktop installer required.
3. Open MailGuard in Outlook
Users open any email, launch MailGuard, and sign in with their organization account.
4. Decide with confidence
Review the verdict, follow Security Coach guidance, and report concerns when something looks wrong.
